Terms and Conditions

1. Payment and Product Collection

The product will only be released to the customer after 100% of the product price has been paid in full.

2. Cancellation and Modifications

The customer has the right to cancel the contract or request changes or modifications within 24 hours. If the contract is cancelled after this period, 20% of the product price will be deducted.

3. Product Storage and Collection

If the customer fails to collect the product on the scheduled date, the company will store the product for one month. After this period, the customer will be responsible for any storage costs incurred.

4. Delivery Schedule

The company is obligated to deliver the product to the customer on the agreed-upon date, with an additional grace period of 15 days.

5. Product Warranty

The product comes with a five-year warranty covering the wooden components. The warranty becomes effective on the date the customer receives the product.
